Digital Ninjas Cloud reserves the right to modify or replace any of its terms at any given time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  1. Account Registration

To use Digital Ninjas Cloud services, customers must register for an account providing accurate, complete, and updated registration information such as official name, phone numbers or email address.

  1. Use of Services

4.1. Digital Ninjas Cloud grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use its services.
4.2. Any illegal activities, including but not limited to phishing, hacking, or distribution of malicious software, are prohibited and will result in immediate termination, however your data will be exported from our servers and send to you.
4.3. Storage and usage limits apply based on the chosen package. Exceeding these may result in additional charges.

  1. Payment and Renewals

5.1. Customers must provide accurate billing information and keep it updated.
5.2. Services are billed in advance, either monthly, annually, or as otherwise described during the ordering process.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Customers can cancel at any time.
6.2. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  1. Content Responsibility

7.1. Digital Ninjas Cloud does not review, edit, or endorse any content hosted. We only edit any content if we given permits by YOU.
7.2. Customers are solely responsible for the content they host, ensuring they have the necessary rights to it, and that it doesn’t infringe on any laws or rights of others.

  1. Backups

While Digital Ninjas Cloud may perform regular backups, customers are responsible for their data and should perform their backups.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Digital Ninjas Cloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

  1. Uptime Guarantee

Digital Ninjas Cloud aims to achieve a service uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance or unavoidable incidents are excluded from this guarantee.

  1. Support

Digital Ninjas Cloud provides support through email, chat, and other channels as described on our website or agreed between US( Digital Ninjas Cloud and YOU).

  1. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information.

  1. Termination

Digital Ninjas Cloud reserves the right to terminate any account if these terms are violated or for any other reason at our discretion.
